Very similar to what the video points out. If you have multiple websites on one hosting account, whether it be FTP or MobileMe, you will not be publishing to your root folder. You do not need to verify your site more than once. You don't have to republish the sitemap either, only republish it if you have made significant changes to your site by adding or subtracting pages. I changed the title tags and added tags to a couple pages as well. i used about 10 keywords for the main page. I used some variations in word search terms for the different title tags.
